Broken Windows
The office reopened Wednesday. Missing windows were already boarded up when these pictures were taken on Thursday, the 18th. Travis was closed Wednesday. Capital was open to traffic. While walking on Capital, it felt like there was still powdered glass on the street. The JPMorgan Chase Tower lost the windows on the lower half of it's eastern wall.
